Legal Question in Family Law in California

California - Need divorce from 9 month marriage. No children, limited personal assets such as the firearms he's been purchasing. Not working, but spouse earns >100k annual and just got an annual bonus. What do I legally get for sure, such as temp support, med ins benefits, etc? No kids. He controls all money. He told me he would pay for the move back to my home state if this didn't work out but now says he won't pay for the move. He is limiting what monies I have access to.

What are my options? What does CA law say I get?

You are entitled to temporary support and to division of the assets which were acquired during the marriage. You need to consult with an attorney if you will be pursuing a dissolution of your marriage.
