Legal Question in Family Law in California

I need to know very simply about a few things of protection and my rights. There's got to be at least one smart attorney who really knows family law in california. 1. cal. code of proc. 704.140 personal injury of damages exempt without making a claim 703.070 any property exempt without making a claim cannot be satisfied of a money judgement for child support 2. california personal injury of damages is excluded from calculating child support obligations. personal injury of damages structured settlement annuity under qualified assignment before marriage is exempt from wage assignment for california child support. Remember PI award of damages cannot be calculated for child support. Tell me if I'm wrong and if you want my case, I need you ASAP. I'm paralyzed from a car accident in 1978. Recieved a lifetime annuity from a tort structured settlement qualified assignment as part of settlement. Its been wage assigned for 10 years for child support. I've been paying child support out of my personal injury damages award since 1995. My ex told them i worked for my life insurance company, i don't. They just send me the checks for the rest of my life, can you fix this and can i be reimbursed????
