Legal Question in Family Law in California

My son's mom gave me my child about a month ago on a routine visitation. I have not given him back since. I also left the state. My name is on his birth certificate and there has never been a court order. Am I violating any california laws by not letting her see him?

Yes. You better get an attorney right now or you may never see your child without a supervisor until he is an adult. Pat McCrary
