Legal Question in Family Law in California
I am in california , my friend and her boyfriend just had twins. Both are addicted to methadone and other such drugs , one of the twins is a special needs child is there anything i can do?

Notify child protective services.

I guess the question is "What is it you want to do?" If you're thinking that turning the parents in too CPS will protect the child then notify Child Protective Services of the problem. They will investigate if they feel the complaint has merit. Good luck
