California Jurisdiction to modify a california alimony decision

The California court granted a divorce and alimony to couple x--name removed--Jurisdiction was based on the wife's residence--name removed-- Now neither party is resident in California--name removed--the wife is resident in Georgia and the husband in France--name removed--The husband now wants to demand modification of the alimony decision--name removed-- Will the California court accept juridiction?
