Can a California prenuptial agreement be enforceable in another state? Or can a husband make a claim on a California property while residing in a different state?

It is common knowledge in the legal community that States don't interfere with other States' laws. In my opinion it is highly unlikely any State will interfere with the prenuptial agreement made in California. That would be ridiculous and is unlikely.

So the answer to your question is a strong NO. Your husband can't get out of the prenup.
