You are responsible for child support until a court properly terminates your parental rights. Signing a document surrendering parental rights can end visitation, but would not terminate the duty to pay child support.

Mr. Johnson is correct. You cannot sign away your rights or your responsibilities. Signing away visitation can always be reversed in the "best interests of the minor child." So unless your parental rights are totally terminated for cause by a court, you have your rights and your duty of support. If you sign away visitation, all that does is increase the amount of support you pay.
