Legal Question in Family Law in California

California Spousal Support

My wife and I have been married for about 2 1/2 years, and will be getting a divorce. The police have been called to our home a number of times for domestic disturbances, and last week she was arrested for two felony counts, for hitting me and for pulling the phone out of the wall when I tried to call 911. The charges were dropped when I indicated I would not be an especially cooperative witness. Will the fact of her arrest, without a conviction, bear on the issue of spousal support?
