Legal Question in Family Law in California

In California if I took out a student loan while married and my ex-husband didn't include it in the divorce even though he knew about it and filed an injured spouse claim is he still responsible for his part even if in the divorce he got the house and was to incur all debt?

I think you are a bit mixed up. In California student loans usually get assigned to the spouse that incurred it, because it is that spouse's separate debt. Not including it in the divorce papers seems a bit irrelevant, because you would most likely have been assigned the debt anyway.
