California Summary Dissolution

Is there any way to change the date on the final judgment of dissolution. It was 4 mons past the 6 month waiting period.

Re: California Summary Dissolution

You could apply to the court for a judgment "nunc pro tunc". The court for equitable reasons could move the effective date up.
