Legal Question in Family Law in California

in california for two unwed parents, can i the mother, take my four year old enrolled a year early out of the school her dad enrolled her in without informinf me, and move her to my house weekdays his on the weekend its reversed right now without ramifixations. we dont have a custody agreement and we have a court date said, and dont want this to backfire on me.

If there is a court hearing scheduled you need to inform the court of what has happened without your consent and address your request to the court and not take any unilateral actions
