Legal Question in Family Law in California

In California, am I (the wife) entitled to future earnings of a family owned business established together? I will get our family home.

It is difficult to answer your question without knowing some basic facts. For example, was the business established after marriage? Before marriage? Is your husband working the business? Assuming the business was there before marriage, then the only way you are entitled to future earnings is when your husband also works there. That is, he puts in his time and efforts for the business and the earnings would be community property which you are entitled to half. Otherwise you are not entitled to any.
