what do you call a person?

what are the correct terms for a perspn that doesn't let you speak, see and know of there kids where abouts. my x is pulling this stunt and i'm filling out the ex parte paper and would like some assistance on using the correct jargon for my report. if you could please email me at [email protected]; i would greatly appreciate yah! :)
