cancel divorce
My wife had filed for divorce last month in state of California, and now we have reconciled is it possible to cancel the divorce. We are still under the 6 month period. Would we have to remarry or our marriage would be reinstated!

Re: cancel divorce
Your marriage is valid until there is a court judgment dissolving the marriage. You can send a request for dismissal to the court and the dissolution case will be ended.
