Legal Question in Family Law in California
can I cancell the visitation the month of March because mother did not give me her new address and my daughter and I have been asking for month now by email and text her.this happen alots in the pass.only way i get the new address is end up in court.now my daughter is 13 1/2 year. Thank You.
The mother live in Santa Cruz Ca..I have Custody of my daughter.and I live in Santa Rosa Ca.

If there is no address for the mother then there is no way for visitation to occur. It would depend on if Mom is supposed to pick up or you are supposed to drop off. I would just document my efforts at getting the information from Mom and having no response.
