Car Aquired before Marriage

I have a simple Question. A car was purchased for me and has mine and my fathers name on it. Now that I am in the middle of a divorce does she have any intitlement to that car, espessially with my fathers name on it?

There is no simple answer to your question. If any community property funds were used to pay for the vehicle or repairs there may be a community property interest in the vehicle.
