Car Insurance
Can my Husband be made to furnish auto insurance on car and get my name on the title and registration ? He agrees to let me take financed car but nothing is in my name and if he doesn't furnish Insurance in his name they tacki on there own and I cannot afford that. I only have $702.00 a month income, from a small pension. Please help. SusanPage

The insurance provided by the lender usually protects only the lender by providing payment for the damage to the vehicle. That is they are covering only their loss. You should consult with an attorney regarding the facts of your situation. You may be able to get a court order for additional money to cover the vehicle insurance. You should tell him that he is financially responsible if there is an accident.
