Car lease agreement
My X -wife was given use of the car which was leased. the lease is deducted from her alomony but css will not allow me to deduct car insurance or a 200 dollar parking ticket. I do no think these are my my responsibilities and I want to terminate the lease. Is this possible?

if your wife got a ticket, why do you feel compelled to pay? if you were ordered to keep paying the lease, then you need to do so. otherwise, you can stop since your wife has possession of the car. it would be best to work it out with her. if you can't then you can have the car voluntarily repossessed.
