Cara accident

If my 20 year old daughter gets into a car accident in my car and she is unisured and there is some city damage and injured passengers with broken ribs and need serious medical attention. What is the worst case scenerio that can happen. Can the city of the injured parties go after my assest??

As the owner of the car you are liable for the damages resulting from the operation of the the car. If you had insurance on the vehicle then report the accident to your insurance carrier.
