Legal Question in Family Law in California

I take care of my parents because their getting old and my mom pays me every month out of her retirement which we agreed upon. I also manage their money. With their money I pay their bills, get their grocerys, medicine, clothes and anything else they need. My parentwo are happy with that. However, my brother is not. He says I'm spending too much money, and it's elderly abuse and he's getting a lawyer. What shold I do if he does that
