Legal Question in Family Law in California

i been caring for the kids for 13 years on my own, last year i was having a hard time and asked my husband to have the kids stay with him for the school year, can he move without me knowing out of the city but still conitue to come to work in san diego. My children are now in hemet and i only found out when my son called wwhen the uhaul truck arrived. he moved to hemet with his current girlfriend and is making hard for me to see my children. communcation with him is impossible.

You should have modified your custody order to detail the new arrangement. You need to get a court modification now.
