Legal Question in Family Law in California
I been caring for my nieces for 6yrs now and I dont have any legal documentation over them and their father is getting out of prison soon can he take them from me?Do i have any rights for being their aunt?

You can apply to be their guardian, but without a court order that they are under your care, you have no rights.
