In case of divorce

I have been separated for over 2 years. I am thinking about placing a business in Mexico. If I were to divorce after 20 years, would my husband have any gains in this business?

No. Anything you do after the date of separation is separate property, unless you are taking money earned during the marriage to start the business, then there are other issues.
