Legal Question in Family Law in California

Is there a case reference?

I bought a house before marriage and my husband (boyfriend at the time) put down part of the down payment. I have always made the payments from my seperate account and we were only married for 9 months prior to seperation. He has been in the house for 2 YEARS while we were going through the custody portion of the trial. Meanwhile I am still having to make payments to save my credit and can't get him out.

Any case, he is claiming Moore/Marsden....I purchased prior to marrage, I am the only one on title, I have made all of the payments, and we were only married for 9 mo. prior to seperation. Can he use this? Is there a case reference for me?

He may have a claim for reimbursement of the amount that he contributed to the down payment. You should retain an attorney to help you get an order for him to move out of the house.
