Legal Question in Family Law in California

I want to know in cases in family law, that I can continue to receive child support after my last child has graduated high school. All my children are in college. This would be a financial hardship for the children and me. Also is it to late to ask spousel support?

If your youngest child is 18 and graduating from high school, child support will come to an end - unless there was a special provision in your judgment extending it. You can ask the court for spousal support based on the ending of child support - if the judgment did not terminate the courts jurisdiction over the issue of spousal support.
