CEASE AND DESIST letter prior to restraining order

Cease and Disist all contact with minor child letter:

I am the mother of a 15yr old child.

Over the last 4-5 years I have allowed contact between my child and ex-boyfriend.

I want no further contact between my child and ex-boyfriend.

Court says to send CEASE AND DESIST letter before I can apply for a restraining order.

I need a sample Cease and Disist letter.

Reply: CEASE AND DESIST letter prior to restraining order

Send him a letter telling him that he is to stop (cease and desist) having any and all contact with your child, and if he refuses to honor the request you will seek a restraining order.
