Legal Question in Family Law in California

How can I challenge a modification to reduce child support being the custodial parent who's asked to give an income and expense declaration by the child support office. I really think the income and expense declaration will be used against me.

"How can I challenge a modification" - seek legal representation as the question lacks facts of your case and income.

Otherwise there is no privilege to withhold the information. You have to produce the form and be honest otherwise you'll get in a lot of trouble. Note they can look at your bank accounts, credit report, etc.
