Do I have a better chance of winning when going to court with a layor or not?

My girlfriend Ex has fillied for child support & he does not work & last year he went to jail for his 2nd DUI. The judge told my girl that if he goes to jail she gets full custiody of there 2kids. So he did, just for 4months we had the kids everyday now he wants to collect them on his taxes & she has been at her job for 10yrs & has them on her insurrence. He hurrases her at work & we need some advice on this please.

You need to consult with an attorney. You should investigate the possibility of obtaining a restraining order against him.
