How do I change my birth certificate?
How do I change my birth certificate to show name of
natural mother versus adopted stepmother (both
deceased)?

Generally you cannot change your birth certificate. How can the mother's name on the birth certificate not be the name of the woman who bore you? You can legally change your name through the Superior Court in your county. If you want further help, you are welcome to contact me-Martin
