Change in Child support amount

When my divorse was finanalized my ex-husband was on un-employment insurance and the child support was based on his unemployment amount. He is now working and making alot more money how do I get the child support payments changed?

You have to go to court and get the court order changed. You can do that or open a case with the child support agency in your county.
