Change in Child Support Amount

I recently went to court regarding modification of child support. The amount I recieved for childcare was reduced due to reduction of hours spent in childcare. My question(s)is can I ask to raise the amount of child support now that the other party is making more money through new employment. Also, what are my rights concerning expenses not covered by health insurance for my child? I would like a 50/50 expense split.

Child care expenses are routinely shared 50/50.
