Legal Question in Family Law in California

change in child support

my ex and i just had a long cause hearing to determine child support.

i had been paying 600 per month. we agreed to raise it to 950. the order was dated on the 19th of the month and states payable on the 1st of every month. the pro term judge spefically told me it was not to be pro rated for that month. however, per my ex.. he told her that it was. now she is insisting i owe her 350 for that month. it is impossible to get an answer from the court and i am at a loss at how to find out who is right.

please help

Re: change in child support

Order transcripts from that hearing. Call the department and get the phone number of the court reporter who was in there on that date for that hearing. Tell her you want to order transcripts.
