Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I change my current joint custody

I currently have 54% joint custody of my son and my ex has 46%. He has him from Mon-Wed and I have him Thurs-Sunday.

I have been to court 6 times and everyone keeps telling me that our situation is fine and that they will not change it. I believe that if I am not an un-fit mother than the child should be with me 80% and the father 20%.

The usual custody arrangement for joint is the father has everyother weekend and one night during the week. How can I get this changed to the standard that everyone else follows. My ex always is causing problems like taking the child's homework so he can't do it with me and so on so this arangement is not in the child's best interest but according to Orange County judges it is fine.

Any suggestions? I was thinking a 730 evaluation to push the change.

There is no such thing as a "usual custody arrangement". Your situation not only sounds fine but rather lop sidded in your favor.
