name change

after my divorce i would like to get my maiden name back, but u have to pay alot of money to do it, i think that is so unfair, after u divorce u should just go back to ur maiden name. is this true, that it cost about 700.00 dollars

Wrong. You file a form FL-395 Ex Parte Application for Restoration of Former Name. Done.
