How can me and my future wife create a new last

NOW, IN RESPONSE TO YOUR INQUIRY --

As long as there is no fraudulent intent, you can use any name you want to use. If the name you want to use is either spouse's last name, or a hyphenated combination of both names, you probably will be able to change official records (Social Security account, driver's license, et cetera) by producing a copy of your marriage license. For other names, you'll probably need a court-ordered name change. Hire a lawyer to do it for a flat fee or get a book and do it yourself.

Thanks for sharing your interesting inquiry with
