Legal Question in Family Law in California

How might I change jurisdiction of my child custody case? We currently have a Consent Final Judgment related to a divorce in Florida. I filed a Notice of Intent to Relocate with Minor Child. 30 days have passed without him filing a written objection, and I have relocated to San Francisco. I would like California to have jurisdiction over our case. Please advise.

I believe you have to start in Florida, by asking their consent for the change of jurisdiction. Once they allow it then you can file here.
