change old order because of son now in school

I have full physical & legal custody but my son was going every other month for 10 days to his dads but now he goes to kindergarden so now he can't miss school. He goes in the afternoon class. also I live 325 miles from his dad now but I want change the order & have the court county change also. I have permission to take my son anywhere in the United States because of my job. His dad sign the ok also. His dad wants him for thanksgiving but I m afraid that he will keep him longer than the 4 days & just keep him for the 10 days. What do I do.

Although this is too late to help for Thanksgiving, you should immediately file a motion to modify visitation.
