change of venue

My children and I used to live in

Northern California before my husband

and I got divorced, now the children

and I live out here in Southern

California, how do I get my case to be

moved out here to L.A. from Hayward?

You should file a motion in the Hayward court house to change the venue from Alameda County to LA County. A family law facilitator can help you do it yourself in your local court house.
