change of venue

My custody case was heard in LA County, I now live in SB County, is it true that only attorneys have the change of venue forms, as this is what im being told at the court house?

Change of venue requires a drafted motion it is not a pre-printed form. A motion for change of venue should be under $ 1K. Contact me directly.
