Legal Question in Family Law in California

Change of Venue -

Our divorce was finalized in Los Angeles County. During that time, my daughter and I moved to Orange County, but just recently, my ex has moved to Ventura County. I filed a change of venue to move the case to Orange County. My ex is heavily against this, but its hard for me to constantly drive up there all the time. What are the odds that a judge will approve my request? I have my daughter 87% of the time.

If your divorce is final, why would you be constantly driving anywhere? Is there some sort of never-ending custody battle going on?
