Change of Venue

I need to file a change of venue as both parties now reside in another county. In my OSC, am I still the respondent and on line 1 ''TO'' do I address the ex?

You need to file a motion to change venue. A motion can be opposed or unopposed. You should consult an attorney for any additional questions.
