What form do I use in Kern County CA to request a change of Venue to Los Angeles County CA in a Family Law matter?

You must file a notice of motion, points and authorities in support and attend a hearing. It is not strictly form practice but requires drafting law and argument. I would advise that you have an attorney represent you in this and perhaps the entirity. Contact me directly.

not sure that Kern County has any specific forms--i don't practice in that county. you might want to check with a filing clerk. in some places you'd simply file a motion to change venue.
