Changing my childrens last name how do I go about it

I have two children I had as a single mother they have my last name well one dose thee other has his fathers last name i have been married 12 year and they want to have my husbands last name how do I go about it

If you can get the biological fathers to agree, you can either just change the children's last name and/or do a step-parent adoption.
