Legal Question in Family Law in California

Changing a court order

About 3 Mo. ago, my ex and I went to court to modify our child custody case. We went to mediation and we agreed that our daughter would go to school in my city because the schools are better out here. She also was ordered by the court to keep up with her appts. with her psychyrist. Now, 3 mos. later, she wants to change the court's and our decision's. Can she do this and what can I do?

Re: Changing a court order

The child does not change visitation. The child may request that the parents consider her request for change.
