Changing Custody Orders
My ex is in jail for 90 days for grand theft, he has no job , no home, and is currently using drugs. We have 50/50 custody now. My kids have been with me full time for a year but I have not changed the ordes yet. I want to change my orders so I can make all decisions for my kids. What forms do I need to file?

You have to file a motion for modification of custody.
