Legal Question in Family Law in California

changing judges

How can I request a different Judge?I am 38 yrs, have joint custody of 3 out 5 children; and on the 2 i don't, the judge has done almost everything my wife has asked. She filed for child custody(no divorce or separation),yet he has her drivind the van I am the primary on(no refinancing) and paying for her insurance, while she lives with parents, collects child support from me and brings home more than me.He has also allowed back into the apartment after she has been taken off the lease(at her request) and being gone almost 2 months. When I said it wasnt fair to my roommate, the judge made a comment about,''Oh, you've moved on with another lady?''.How do I get a new judge?
