changing a restraining order to get visistation rights
I have a retraining order on me. My ex is willing to modify it for me to be able to visit our child. I only scraemed at her on the phone and she said I pushed her once. This lastthing is not true. The phone calls are true.I have not seen my son in 8 months. Can this can be done only through mail or do we have to go to mediation.

You can try to do this by written stipulation submitted to the court to be made and order. there are a couple of different ways to might accomplish this. Your paperwork has to be reviewed.
