changing spousal support.
can I get the spousal support against me discontinued ?
background: married eleven years, spouse receiving support is healthy and working. I have been paying for seven plus years.

One would have to first review the underlying order and understand what the basis of the order was. Then there would have to be an assessment of whether or not there is a change in circumstances, and whether or not your former spouse was given a "Gavron warning".

It depends on the prior order or judgment and whether circumstances have changed. It's at least worth consulting with an attorney.
