cheating fiance (have a child together)

I had been with my fiance for about 4 years. I have supported the both of us and paid for everything including taking care of her. She left me about a few months ago, and I found out right away she was in fact cheating! She does have a part time job, but not enough money to take care of my son. She has taken him to her parents house where they are basically the ones taking care of him. What can I do?????? :( I have been devasted and have been in an unexplainable emotional state! I have rouble sleeping and feel used and taken for a ride. Bottom line what can I do for my son in this situation of a mother that is sleeping around!!!

Get an attorney. You should have rights if it is your son, etc. Be happy to speak with you.

You did not indicate if your fiance is the biological parent of your son, I presume she is. In such event, you need to file a paternity action and OSC for custody and visitation.
