after i filled for divorce my future ex-wife got a check with both are names from HUB and she sigh my name on the check with out asking me and keep the money. So can I file crimial charges against her for illagally sighing my name on the check?

It is unlikely that the police will take action against her. This is normally considered a civil action. You should request that you receive 1/2 of the check amount in the property division.
